Rick is a management consultant and a managing partner of Innovative HR Solutions. He is a facilitator for organizational change and has improved the productivity and financial results for numerous organizations. Prior to forming Innovative HR Solutions, Rick was the Director of Human Resources for Stanford University Bookstore, Media Copy Corporation and West Coast Beauty Supply Co. Rick has also worked at Bechtel International and Bank of America. His twenty plus years of executive human resources management experience in a variety of industries offers clients a wealth of expertise. Rick has extensive experience in survey design and analysis, productivity improvement and management transitioning. He frequently speaks to corporate and professional groups on organizational change and trends in employee satisfaction.
Rick has a BS from Willamette University, Salem, OR and an MS from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, CA. He is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, and the Professionals in Human Resources Association where he served as a past District Chair.

Joe's experience includes all phases of web design using Access, ASP, HTML, Java, Visual J++ and Visual Basic. His responsibilities at the firm include the development and implementation of all Internet-based applications. Joe has a wealth of experience in systems design. He has worked with a variety of companies in developing applications to evaluate the human resources function.
Joe has a BS from New Jersey Institute of Technology, Newark, NJ and an MS from the University of California, Berkeley, CA.

Judith has over 20 years of experience in human resources and organizational development. She has worked extensively with both corporate and private clients in the areas of organizational planning, training and development, and leadership coaching. Prior to becoming a management consultant, she was Director of Organizational Development for Pacific Life & Annuity Company where she also served as Associate Dean for Pacific Life Academy. Her programs and initiatives have provided significant cuts in employee turnover, improvements in employee performance, enhanced teamwork, and the effective implementation of organizational change. Judith's work with executive teams, individual leaders, and employee groups can be directly aligned with strategies developed in response to the survey results.
Judith has a B.A. degree from California State University and a Master's Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. Her certifications include the Center for Creative Leadership's Benchmarks 360 program, Polaris 360, DiSC profiles, and the Institute for Applied Management & Law's program in Employee Relations Law.

Davina is a management consultant with over 10 years of experience as a Human Resource professional. Prior to joining Innovative HR Solutions, she was a Senior HR Representative with Stanford University Bookstore. Davina's experience includes the design, development and implementation of compensation programs as well as improving benefit plans through statistical analysis. As a consultant with the firm, she specializes in conducting client feedback sessions that focus on technical compensation and benefit issues.
Davina has a BS from Cal Poly Pomona University, Pomona, CA and an MBA from San Francisco State University.

Ann has over 20 years experience providing organizational, leadership and professional development consulting services. Her focus is on partnering with senior executives to determine the best strategy for their organizations and then to create and execute customized solutions. Working with one CFO and her executive team, they designed, staffed and then developed the strategic plan for their division of a $1B IPO company. After 12 months, the CFO’s organization was ranked as the most satisfied division within the company on the employee survey. Ms Gormley's training and development experience includes creating the education department for the global finance division of a Fortune 500 company. She has worked as an internal and external consultant in fast paced, high tech environments throughout the United States, Europe and Asia and her client list includes Applied Materials, SanDisk Corporation, Juniper Networks, Palm, 3Com, the Gap and Kaiser Permanente.
Ann has a Master of Human Resources and Organization Development degree from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Stonehill College in Massachusetts.

J.M. has worked with multiple organizations including hospitality, health care, non-profits and professional service companies to assist them in developing their human capital. He has coached chief executives, worked with leaders to meet their corporate goals, developed strategic plans and provided targeted services such as pre-employment assessment. He served as President/CEO of a major non-profit organization and has held many senior leadership positions. Dr. Evosevich has spoken internationally about such topics as violence in the workplace, leadership and strategic planning. He has authored two books and has written many articles on human resource development and workplace issues.
J.M. has a B.S. degree from the University of Texas at Houston and the State University of New York at Albany, M.A. degree in Counseling Psychology from National University, and a Ph.D. in Industrial and Clinical Psychology from California Coast University.
