Innovative HR Solutions, LLC Consultant Partner Program is an alliance
between our firm and our consulting partners. We supply our
consulting partners with the survey resources and tools to increase
the value of your practice by offering your clients a cost effective
and competitive survey alternative. Our goal is to provide our
consulting partners with the most effective, easy-to-use survey
creation, deployment, and analysis tool.

Which Program Will Help Grow
Your
Practice?
As an approved Consulting Partner you will need to determine which
program is right for you:
Referral Partners
A Referral Partner is
anyone who provides a qualified
referral. Following the completion
of the first survey for a given referral, the
Referral Partner will receive 50% of the set-up fee.
If you make a qualified referral,
you could expect to receive up to
$2500 in commission. We work with
your client to ensure that their survey is the best product
available. It's that simple!
Survey Partners
Survey Partners work with our team of
experts to use our existing statements and modules to manage the
survey process. The
Innovative HR Solutions survey tools enable us to analyze your
data and work with you to evaluate the results. As a Survey Partner
you will be able to:

on-line survey

Brand your consulting practice

Provide hi-tech solutions to your
client

Partner with your client

Continue to offer value to your
client
Survey Partners receive 10% of the
set-up fee. If you make a qualified referral,
you could expect to receive up to $500
in commission.
As a Survey Partner a variety
of features are offered and include:
Survey Design:
We will assist you make key decisions with respect to the selection of
statements, demographics and open-ended questions and discuss the
benefits of including a raffle feature.
Survey Launch:
Once the survey has been created we will send e-mail invitations, web
updates and more. We will send the survey to as many e-mail
addresses as needed through the Innovative
HR Solutions survey tools.
These online tools will keep
track of who responded, and which e-mail addresses bounced so we can
correct them. You will also have access to the survey to view the
progress of the survey by demographic group.
Survey Analysis:
Unlike any online survey solution, Innovative HR Solutions survey tools
provide robust analysis
features that are extremely easy to use while enabling
thorough analysis
of respondent data. We will prepare a Company Report that includes
an all top-tier reports, an analysis and discussion along with
recommended HR best practices 10 days from the close of your survey.

program is designed to fit the unique needs of consultants by
providing services such as survey implementation planning, database
development and maintenance, survey development and design using Innovative HR Solutions, LLC technologies.
We
invite you to provide us with an introduction to your business and
your goals for forming a consultant relationship with Innovative HR
Solutions, LLC. Submission of this questionnaire does not
automatically grant you authorization into the Consultant Partner
Program. Once we have received your submitted questionnaire, a
representative will contact you. All information provided below
